The machine is widely used for automatic filling liquid with strong oxidizing property,acid and alkali and corrosivity. Such as oils, alcohols, bezene liquids, oxydols and detergents and so on.

①   采用磁力齿轮泵来输送物料，可灌装粘稠度较高的液体。

②   齿轮泵头靠磁力驱动，泵头与电机无轴连接，不用担心轴封损坏泄漏或泵的负载过高而烧坏电机；

②泵头及电机选用日本进口，其它元器件为台湾生产，性能稳定可靠，使用寿命长；

④灌装精度高，灌装10ML精度可达到±0.1ml.

⑤灌装量从2ml~1000ml（小泵）及50ml~10000ml（大泵）可调；

⑥功能齐全，可手动、脚踏间歇灌装，也可自动间歇灌装，间歇时间可调；

1、The machine adopts the gear pump to feeding material, it can fill high viscous liquids.

2、The gear pump is driven by magnetic force, the pump and motor is shaftless connection so as to avid motor failure caused bythe broken or leaking of shaft seal or the high load of the pump.

3、The machine have high accuracy.the filling accuracy can achieve±0.1ml when filling 10ml liquid.

4、The filling range is from 2ML-1000ML, and adjustable.

5、Operation is convenient ,manual or automatic fitful filling, and the interval time is adjustable.
